Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of The Nova Club website, account login, booking flow, membership pages, community features, and related club services.

By using the service, creating an account, booking a court, making a payment, joining a membership, or participating in community features, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility And Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate phone, profile, booking, and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping OTPs, devices, and account access secure.

The club may refuse, suspend, or limit access where information appears inaccurate, where the service is misused, or where venue rules or safety requirements are not followed.

Bookings

Court availability, prices, dates, and time slots may change. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is completed and the booking status is accepted by the system or club.

You must arrive on time and use only the booked court and time slot unless club staff approve a change. Late arrival, no-show, or overrun may reduce playing time without refund.

Cancellations, Refunds And Rescheduling

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are not automatic. They require club approval and may depend on timing, availability, payment status, operational constraints, event schedules, and the reason for the request.

If the club cancels or changes a booking because of maintenance, weather impact, safety, event operations, or other club needs, the club may offer a suitable reschedule, credit, refund, or other resolution at its discretion.

Venue Conduct

Players and guests must follow staff instructions, court rules, safety requirements, and respectful conduct standards. You are responsible for using facilities, gear, and courts safely and appropriately.

The club may remove or restrict anyone for unsafe play, abusive behavior, property damage, harassment, intoxication, rule violations, or conduct that affects other players or staff.

Memberships

Membership benefits, hours, access rules, pricing, and renewal terms may vary by plan and may change over time. Some benefits may depend on availability, booking limits, operational hours, or club approval.

Memberships are for the named member unless the club expressly permits transfer or sharing. Misuse of membership benefits may lead to suspension or cancellation.

Community Rules

Community features are intended to help members find players, join groups, coordinate matches, and participate in club activity. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, promotional, or privacy-invasive content.

If you share another person's phone number or information through the service, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to do so. The club may moderate, remove, restrict, or disable community activity where needed.

Payments

Prices are shown before payment where applicable. You agree to pay the displayed amount and any applicable charges for bookings, memberships, events, or services you purchase.

Payments may be handled by Razorpay or another payment partner. Payment failures, duplicate transactions, disputes, chargebacks, or refund processing may require verification with the payment partner and club records.

Service Availability

The digital service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network issues, deployment updates, or unexpected faults. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

We aim to keep booking and account information accurate, but errors in availability, pricing, profile details, or displayed content may occur and may be corrected by the club.

Liability

Pickleball and physical activity involve inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and should play within your ability, use suitable footwear and equipment, and seek medical advice where appropriate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nova Club is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, venue, bookings, community features, or third-party providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate account, booking, membership, venue, or community access if you breach these Terms, create safety or operational risk, misuse the service, fail payments, or violate club standards.

You may stop using the service at any time, but completed bookings, payment obligations, venue rules, and provisions that reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
