OTP And Profile Data

Login uses phone number OTP verification. Your mobile number is used to send OTPs, maintain your account session, identify your bookings, and contact you about club services where appropriate.

Profile details such as name and date of birth help us maintain accurate member records, support eligibility checks, and personalize the player experience.

Bookings And Memberships

When you book a court or interact with membership features, we may store court, date, time slot, amount, booking status, player, and membership information. This lets us confirm bookings, prevent double bookings, manage club operations, and provide support.

Bookings are confirmed by payment unless the club communicates otherwise. Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling requests may require club approval and may involve reviewing your booking and payment records.

Community features may show profile and playing information to other members, such as your name, skill or activity information, group participation, and looking-for-player activity.

If you choose to provide a friend or player phone number for an invitation, match, or related community action, use that feature only where you have a lawful and reasonable basis to share that number with us.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another payment partner. We do not intend to store full card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials on our own systems.

We may receive and store payment status, payment identifiers, order identifiers, amount, timestamp, and related transaction metadata to confirm bookings, support refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain accounting records.

Firebase, Analytics And Security

The service uses Firebase products such as Authentication, Firestore, and Analytics to support OTP login, data storage, app functionality, event measurement, and reliability. Google reCAPTCHA is used to protect OTP login from abuse.

These providers may process technical, usage, device, and security information according to their own policies. We configure and use them to run the club service, protect users, measure performance, and improve the product.

Instagram And Embedded Content

Pages may include Instagram reels or other embedded content. Embedded content can behave as if you visited that third-party service directly and may collect data, use cookies, or track interactions depending on your browser and account state.

The Nova Club does not control third-party privacy practices. Review the relevant third-party policies before interacting with embedded services.
